Main Duties
Ensure that Company policy/procedures and systems are followed at all times.
Perform regular internal audits and submit report/recommendation.
Compile data and prepare reports.
Ensure that corrective measures are implemented to achieve operational performance and excellence in a
timely basis.
Ensure regular and timely follow up of anomalies/deviations from the established norms/standard in view of a timely solution.
Assist in the promotion of Quality culture through the implementation of quality initiatives.
Assist in the design, development and delivery of quality training initiatives.
Liaise with head of departments to provide feedbacks of Quality Management System and support required.
Ensure performance of suppliers are closely monitored.
Qualifications & Experience
HSC with a diploma/degree in Management or Business Administration with specialization in Quality Management.
At least 2 years` experience in a similar position.
Other prerequisites
Computer literate.
Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Details oriented.
Self organiser.
