Purchasing and Logistics Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES

Generate Purchase Orders on Web ordering system and update related Web screens

Order Follow Up with Suppliers – Price Negotiation, Delivery and Shipment Follow Up

Liaise with Logistic team for clearing and deliveries + export - documentation process

Liaise with Merchandisers and Make Up Production units – critical order and delivery follow up to feed Production Lines

Handle Customer complaints and provide remedial solutions

Any other related tasks

QUALIFICATIONS
HSC
Experience in similar field (especially in Textile Garment Accessories) will be an advantage


OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Familiar with Purchasing and Logistics field

Good team spirit

Attention to details

Critical and Logical thinking

Willing to work odd hours
