Production & Site Supervisor

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced production & site supervisor to oversee our various signage and branding projects and supervise the production & installation team.

The selected candidate should be detail-oriented and have the capacity to interpret technical drawings as well as demonstrate leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilities:

• Supervising and instructing the production team as well as subcontractors.
• Educating site workers on construction safety regulations
• Evaluating the performance of workers and reverting back to management.
• Analyzing technical drawings to ensure that projects meet design, safety and budget specifications.
• Recommending changes to installation operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
• Working knowledge of installation tools and equipment.
• Knowledgeable of building codes and construction safety regulations.

Notes:

Residing in the north is an advantage for this position.

A valid driving licence is necessary.
