Our client, in the manufacturing sector is looking for a Production Manager.

Reporting to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Planning production schedule with Head production supervisors.
• Issuing production planning to supervisors.
• Managing overall production of semi-finished and finished goods against set planning and productivity/quality objectives.
• Managing Factory employees.
• Ensuring availability of raw material and paint to perform planned production.
• Identifying and implementing corrective measures and process improvement.
• Leading supervisors.
• Any other activity related to this job.

Candidate profile:

• Experience as head supervisor of production manager in a manufacturing environment;
• Computer literate;
• Good leadership skill;
• Easy communication with employees, management and client.
