Production Lead

Adecco is an International HR and Consultancy firm. Our client, a key provider of solutions in digital content development, content processing, e-learning solutions, and rich media development, is looking for a Production Lead.

Our client, a key provider of solutions in digital content development, content processing, e-learning solutions, and rich media development, is looking for a Production Lead.

Reporting to the CEO, the successful candidate will be responsible for the daily operations as well as the management of the local team.

 Main Responsibilities:

• In charge of the Mauritius production and operations, and manage the team.
• Planning, management and follow up of resources.
• Responsible to produce scientific, technical and other journals, books and book.
• Manage off‐site customers, production as per guidelines/style-sheet and delivery as per requirements.
• Continuous improvement and automation of the process.
• Abiding to the standards and quality objectives; continuous improvement of the quality; process and workflow definition/audit.
• Diffusing the corporate culture; leading the training program.
• Oversee quality of deliverable.

 Qualification:

• MBA from a recognised institution
• Experience in production/chain of production

Candidate Profile:

• Well versed with Microsoft tools (advance / intermediate level) : Outlook, Excel,Powerpoint.
• Excelled communication skills, both written and spoken (English and French)
