Production & Lab Manager

Our client, one of the leading Road Marking Contractors and Road Securities specialists, is looking to recruit an experienced Production & Lab Manager.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Routine maintenance and troubleshooting on all primary production equipment
• Accurately take measurements, document work, and maintain laboratory records
• Support research and development activities
• Monitors and Maintains Inventory levels – process purchase orders; tracks orders; records purchase and maintain database
• Maintain safe work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations
• Approve all finished products by confirming specifications and conducting required tests.

 Your Profile:

• At least a diploma in chemistry or equivalent
• At least 3 – 5 years of experience  in a similar position
• You have experience managing the day to day operations of a fast-paced, high-volume work environment – be it or production/manufacturing environment.
• You are an inspiring, motivating People Leader with experience directly supervising individual contributors - loader and production technician
• You love leading in a fast-paced, high-volume, innovative work environment.
