To ensure that the production department meets its quality assurance and scheduling goals by planning, scheduling, executing, and directing production activities.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Fabric/ Product knowledge
- Folders & attachment knowledge
- SMV / Output recording
- Quality & SOP
- Basic understanding of machines
- Basic knowledge of accessories
- Good understanding of pre-production Line balancing & decision making
- Compliance / Sustainability SOP Understanding People skills
- Wages understanding/ compensation
- Production control/output/ reject rate etc
- Can work on a machine
- Leadership skills/ HR skills
- Basic Financial agility & mastering financial ratios
- Manpower planning & efficiency management
- Time & action calendar from fabric in to shipment
- Analytical thinker
Qualification & Experience:
- Degree Holder
- At least 1 to 2 year(s) working experience in the same field
