Which tasks can you expect?
- Coordinate daily work schedules and task assignments in close partnership with the Product Coordinator.
- Manage assigned work items end-to-end, taking full ownership from initiation to resolution.
- Foster seamless collaboration across global teams, engaging effectively with both onshore and offshore colleagues and stakeholders.
- Deliver exceptional service by maintaining clear, professional communication (both verbal and written) with internal customers.
- Apply a logical, analytical approach to problem-solving, utilizing SWOT analysis to navigate challenges effectively.
- Actively contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives
- Liaise directly with Product Owners to compile comprehensive Release Notes.
- Ensure the accuracy and clarity of all Sprint and Release Notes through thorough review and proofreading.
- Support the Knowledge Base Management process, maintaining documentation accuracy and completeness.
- Develop, update, and deliver product training sessions for internal employees.
- Maintain the currency of all training content and materials
- Track trainee progress and report outcomes to relevant stakeholders.
- Cultivate a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration within the team environment.
- Guarantee the responsive and timely resolution of all reported incidents
- Ensure active participation and contribution during daily team huddles/stand-ups.
- Note that other duties may be assigned by Agile Coach.

What do you have to offer?
- Diploma or Degree holder in IT preferably.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in HR / Payroll environment.
- 2-3 years of experience in software development, testing or application support would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of industry standards and project methodologies.
- Knowledge of software development concepts and lifecycles.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- SQL Knowledge
- Postman
- Content management (Javascript, CSS, HTML)
