Responsibilities : Lead the Broadband Wireless and two-way radio projects Provide system description and technical solutions for the Sales Team, prior to handover to the Technical Team Collaborate with the Sales department by acting as technical experts in customer presentations.
Responsibilities:
Managing and interpreting customer requirements
Respond to requests for information or requests for proposals from customers, supplying the technical details of proposed solutions.
Provide technical support for new projects, network review, customer complaints and tenders.
Involvement in technical document submission for ICTA( type approval, licensing)
Active benchmarking in order to identify any potential technological innovation
Provide training and producing support material for the Atlas team.
Preparing reports for customers and management
Troubleshooting of equipment & System faults
Improve our network management system
Follow-up of the monitoring of network management system
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure and maintain the network efficiency
Skills Requirements :
Telecom engineering degree
At Least 1-year experience in similar position
A technical solution expertise in a comparable presales/project manager role
Experience in Network configuration and management (CCNA)
Knowledge of Server technology, Operating system and Virtual environment
Clear communicator (written and verbal)
Capable of prioritising and managing own workload
Self-motivated, proactive and seek to excel
Knowledge of network management
