Porter/Driver

Offer to guests (internal & external) a friendly, efficient and effective service at all times, in line with SOPs

Pick up luggage from rooms upon departure and bid farewell to Guests
Ensure that luggage are well tagged and delivered in allocated rooms
Ensure that luggage are well identified while placing in departure lounge/car
Fetch and distribute incoming and outgoing internal messages/parcels to Guests within 15 minutes
Ensure effective and efficient car / shuttle service
Drop and fetch Guests as and when required
Ensure cold towel & cocktail service upon Guest arrival
Ensure having good knowledge of Geography of the Island
Upsell outings/excursions to Guests
Ensure efficient use of materials to minimise costs
Follow up of Vouchers from taxi service

Ensure hotels’ vehicles are properly maintained parked and in good running condition
Inform Superior shall there be any damage/breakage of luggage
Ensure swapping of Master Key in rooms (Any In/Out of rooms)
Ensure fetching of postcards from letter box and leave at the reception for postage
Ensure proper in/out of cold towels and logged properly
Ensure message are sent to Telephone Operator, when message is delivered in room in the absence of Guests
