To provide assistance to guests in the Resort with their respective luggage and carry them to their respective suites and provide any other required information to guests upon query.

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Minimum SC Holder
At least one year experience in similar position in the Hotel sector
A valid Driving License would be a definite advantage
A valid Certificate of Character is a must

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Available to join as soon as possible
Professional
Multitask
Work under pressure and in a team
Well groomed, good appearance and pleasant personality
Should have a strong command in English and French, both written and spoken. A third language will be a definite advantage
Should be customer oriented

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Assisting of customers with their bags and luggage
Courteously greeting customers and provide them high quality service
Escorting guests to their respective hotel rooms
Occasionally park and retrieve guest’s vehicles
Assisting the guests with their needs.
Explaining to the customers the hotels rules, showing them how to use hotel facilities, room features such as TV, Radio, Bath tubs.
Any other duties assigned by the superior.
