Plumber

For installing, repairing and maintaining pipes, fixtures and other plumbing used for water distribution and waste water disposal in the Resort.

Review building plans and specifications to determine the layout for plumbing and related materials.

Install supports and hangers for pipe, fixtures and equipement.

Assemble and install valves and fittings.

Install, repair and maintain water treatment equipement, piping and controls.

Install, repair and maintain underground storm sanitary and water pipping systems.

Read work orders or receive instructions from supervisors in order to determine work requirements.

Test pipe systems and fixtures for leaks.

Ensure all installations, repairs and maintenance are properly sized, aligned, supported and graded.

Keep daily reports.

Observe established safety guidelines at all times.
