The Philanthropy Coordinator will run the fundraising and communication department to improve quantity and quality of
funds collected by T1 Diams by increasing the NGO Visibility and Brand Equity
Profile of the Philanthropy Coordinator:
- Diploma/degree in marketing
- Experience in digital marketing
- Experience in direct communication and events
- Experience in an agency environment would be an advantage
- Good oral, presentation and writing communication skill in French and English
- Good knowledge of microsoft office tools and database/CRM skills Dynamic and outgoing personality
- Team player and good management skills
- Capable of working with little supervision
- Ability to handle donors account and build long-term relationship with stakeholders
- Shows enthusiasm and commitment to the cause
Responsibilities:
- Develop yearly communication and fundraising operation plan
- Implement regular communication and fundraising campaigns
- Planning, development and execution of digital contents, programs and campaigns, including online
- Work on corporate project documents
- Leading ongoing management of digital touch points, including websites (local and international),
- Handle promotional materials
- Owning and maintaining site analytics, metrics, and campaign reporting such as track and analysis
- Create content for digital activities
- Oversee pay per click (PPC) ad management
- Keep up-to-date with accurate information on fundraising activities
- Supervise Marketing Trainee & assigned volunteers
- Any other cognate duties
