Pharmacy Technician

Reporting to the Retail Lead Supervisor , the selected candidate will have the responsibility to manage stock keeping activities and work collaboratively with the Pharmacist to dispense medications and other pharmaceutical products to customers.

What you will be doing :

• Provide excellent customer service by welcoming , counselling , dispensing drugs, processing payment for customers
• Refer to the Retail Pharmacist for advise and ensure proper dispensing of prescription of drugs to customers
• Maintain and keep reports of all retail activities (O/S report , OPD conversion)
• Perform stock inventory as per the inventory planning
• Investigate stock discrepencies root causes and execute action plan to reduce variances

What are we looking for?

• Minimum HSC Level 
• At least 2 years of experience in similar role
• Knowledge and good understanding of medications and pharmaceutical products
• Computer Literate (MS Office)
• Customer Focus
• Attention to Detail
• Respect confidentiality
