Our Client is seeking to recruit a Payroll Officer for its operations. The candidate will have to maintain accurate records of employee payroll information and provide an efficient, confidential & effective payroll service to all employees of the organisation within deadlines set.
Responsibilities:
Maintenance of Payroll Records
. Create an individual pay record for each new employee and maintain existing master file according to any changes supplied by the HR Department
. Update Payroll records when necessary changes of address, change of bank, salary increase and any other related changes
. Filling of all Payroll documents
Monthly Payroll Processing
. Random check of reports submitted by HR Department and make corrections if needed
. Input of Data - all allowances and deductions as per information received from all department and ensure accuracy of all information
. Print Control Statement and prepare Bank Transfer of the Payroll
. Follow up of Bank Statement and ensure that all employees receive their pay and any amount due to them on due date
. Produce and print monthly salary slips and distribute to employees
Reporting
. Printing of Control Statements
. Prepare NPS & PAYE Report
. Statistics Reports to be sent to HR Department
. Reconciliation Report for Invoices
Profile:
. HSC with Accounting Subject
. Course for Accounts Clerk
. Computer Literate
. 3 years' experience in Payroll Environment
