Our Client is seeking to recruit a Payroll Officer for its operations.
Responsibilities:
. Prepare and process daily, weekly and monthly timesheets
. Process and prepare, reconcile, salary/wages, NPF, PAYE
. Enter new employee' data into internal databases
. Updating internal database and ensuring timely payments
. Any other duties related to the payroll department
Profile:
. Proven work experience as Payroll Officer, Payroll Clerk
. Ability to handle confidential information
. Time Management Skills
. Strong Mathematics skills with the ability to spot errors
. Familiar with our labour legislation
. Capability to answer questions about compensation, benefits, taxes and insurance deductions
