Responsible for welfare/ACS & Attendance of employees

 

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Responsible for Time & Attendance – data input, coordination, reporting
  • Payroll (Workers) – coordination, consolidation, preliminary analysis, distribution of payslips, etc
  • HR Admin – Personal File (PF) Management, Filing, general admin, etc …
  • Welfare – uniforms, events, ACS, benefits, communications
  • Prepare monthly statistics & reports
Profile
  • Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years in a similar post
  • Computer literate – MS Office, Vipertext, Sicorax, etc …
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken & written) - French & English.
  • Detail-conscious with an analytical mind, organized and able to work autonomously(Internal) Customer-centric, Result-focused and with a ‘Can Do’ attitude
  • Extrovert with an outgoing and pleasant personality
