DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Shape dough for cookies, pies and fancy pastries. 
  • Decorate cakes and pastries. 
  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality and presentation standards should follow food preparation checklists. 
  • Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping and store food before use. 
  • Safely and appropriately use baking and measuring tools/equipment/appliances to prepare baked foods. 
  • Wash and disinfect kitchen area; set-up and break-down work station.


CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • A minimum of 2 years working experience. 
  • Good communication skills. 
  • Fluent in English and French. 
  • Outgoing and pleasant personality. 
  • Empathic skills.
  • Team oriented.
  • Optimistic and upbeat attitude.
