DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Welcoming and enhance the value of services being provided by making the patient and the attendant comfortable and familiar with the hospital
Liaise with respective HODs and the Floor Managers upon receiving a complaint, and also report the same to concerned manager . Ensure proper follow through and closure.
Prepare, update and circulate list of VIP patients regularly to top management getting admitted
Coordination with Insurance for Admission
Coordination with Bed management team for Admission
Handling the CADBE and Cisco including ER calls at 132.
Handle any complaints of the patients.
Interaction with the patients from admission to Discharge
Review of the internal processes. Handling patients queries and providing all necessary administrative support to the Medical Services including HIS support.
Provide complete service to the patients including billing, information, Bookings, Admission etc.
Prepare the required reports for Patient Care Services
Handle Any other task or Project that is being assigned to for the Patient Care Services
Prepare the cost estimate in liaison with the doctors
Receive the patients and do all the Admission procedures
Cashiering/ Billing , handling Cash as per the procedure
