Operations Manager (2049-OMGR)

Our client in the import, export and distribution sector is seeking to recruit an Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
• Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices.
• Documenting procedures for third-party monitoring.
• Manage stock control, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency.
• Help the organization’s processes remain legally and HACCP compliant.
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
• Determine quality control standards.
• Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs.
• Recruit, train and manage staff.
• Establish workflow policies that enhance speed and efficiency without compromising product safety or integrity.
• Enforce Health & Safety precautions.
• Ensure proper maintenance of building, vehicles and equipment.

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in operations management or related field.
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.

WORKING HOURS

• Weekdays: from 06.00 to 15.00
• Saturdays: from 07.00 to 12.00
