The job incumbent shall be responsible to coordinate and supervise the installation of fit out of our products on site. He/She is to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Deco-b Ltd. Is a major product and services supplier. It operates in a highly competitive environment and therefore has to adopt an aggressive approach to sales and marketing and offer a high level of services in order to keep the competitive edge and ensure profitability.
The job holder reports to the Operations Manager.
Main Duties:
- Plans the production and installation after consultation with the Sales department
- Ensures that his operations are executed in the most efficient/ cost effective manner
- Ensures that the installation is done as per set standards and client’s requirements
- Assessing and minimising risks
- Maintaining quality control procedures
- Ensures that the intervention reports are filled correctly and hand over documents signed
- Organises meeting – where applicable- with the Production and Sales staff for the effective coordination of the installation to be done at the client’s site
- Ensures: ordering of products / Follow up of Stock with Store / Ordering Fabrics & Accessories
- Attends site opening meetings
- Liaises with the Site Manager to finalise the installation schedule
- Ensures that installation is done to the client’s satisfaction
- Ensure that the site is cleaned after installation
- Educates the client on the product usage so as to maximise the product life
- Handles clients complaints/queries in the most efficient manner
- Post analyses the intervention report with his team so as to take corrective measure and thus improve level of customer service
- Monitors the fuel consumption of company vehicles
- Ensures that the vehicles are well maintained and always promote the company’s image
- Ensures that his team has all the required tools , equipment and accessories prior to any installations
- Ensures that the necessary Health and Safety are taken and abided by on site as well as on the company premises.
