Our Client is seeking to recruit an Operation & Quality Coordinator for its wellness and spa operations.
Responsibilities:
- To assist in the recruitment process and follow up on development plans for the Spa Department
- To assist the Head of Wellness and Spa in the setting up and maintenance of a quality/sustainable development culture in the group and coordinate the quality functions in several hotels simultaneously
- To implement, maintain and update the processes and the SOPs in hotels and ensure adherence to these standards at all times
- To conduct internal audits
- To bring up and follow up of the various needs of the SPA of each BU
- To develop motivation and recognition programs
- To assist the Spa Managers in operations and management
- To coordinate the training academy
- To analyse and follow up on action plan for customer satisfaction index reports
Profile:
- Higher School Certificate or equivalent, professional training and professional experience
- Diploma in Business Administration or Management
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in similar position or at a supervisory level
- Excellent grooming and presentation
- Able to work methodically, accurately, neatly and work as part of a team
- Outgoing and pleasant personality
- Good leadership skills
- Excellent communication and training skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (English & French)
- Interest in the Spa and Wellness industry
- Well versed in Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Independent, self motivated and capable of taking initiatives
- Ability to work under pressure
