Effect internal and external dispatches for the Company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform internal and external dispatches
- Drive company vehicles for business purposes as and when required
- Purchase newspaper on a daily basis
- Post of all letters and sorting of letters received
- Check safety of the vehicle to ensure road worthiness on daily basis
- Ensure that the vehicle is clean all the time
- Ensure safe keeping of vehicle accessories e.g., Accident Forms, Fire Extinguisher
EXPERIENCE
- Preferably SC
- At least 5 years of proven working experience in a similar position.
- Holder of a clean and valid driving license for motorcycle and private car.
OTHER REQUISITES
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work flexible hours.
- Residing in the region of Port-Louis would be a definite advantage.
