• HSC level or equivalent and professional training • Diploma or BSC in related field • 8 Years experience in related field • Strong guest service background • Previous experience in events and communications would be an advantage
Identyfying and meet recreational needs
Develops, plan, implements, manage and supervise activities related to fields of responsibility in the Resort
Responsible for managing and evaluating recreation, fitness, child care activities and events
Ensure the good running of recreational and cultural programs
Coordinates special events and year round activities
Ensure respective TMs are operating as per Quality Management System
Ensure respective TMs are operating as per S&H regulations and policies
Maintain good housekeeping in his / her Department
Prepare and communicate the S&L Operations plan and monitors its implementation
Coordinate and monitor contracts and agreements of recreational programs
Ensure that Business Units are in good running condition
Performs related duties as assigned
