Reporting to the Marketing and Research Lead

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the development of key strategies (marketing, commercial, communication, customer service & other) through effective and timely research and data analysis.
  • Measure effectiveness of implemented strategies and actions.
  • Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases.
  • Interpret data, analyse results using statistical techniques and tools and provide ongoing reports.
  • Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in data sets.
  • Contribute to the preparation of departmental reports.
  • Assist in any administrative work in relation to current position.

SPECIFICATION:

  • Minimum BSc in Management, Marketing, Research or any other related field.
  • MS Office including Word, Excel (Advanced), Power Point.
  • Knowledge of business intelligence tools and analytical tools is highly valuable.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Marketing.
  • Previous experience in Market Research is an advantage.
  • Proven analytical skills.
  • Rigorous with a particular attention to detail.
  • Quick learning ability and adapt to evolving context & environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure in an environment requiring extensive collaboration.
  • Self-driven & results oriented.
  • Pro-active and Team Working Spirit.
  • Positive 'CAN DO' attitude and Innovative Approach.
