Laundry driver/runner

He will be in charge of collecting and delivery of linen from sister properties to the hotel. As and when required, he will assist the laundry attendant with the daily tasks as assigned by the Laundry Manager.

Key responsibilities include:
• Delivery of linen between hotels.
• Sorting and counting of linen
 • Storing and stocking clean laundry
• Ensuring that the work area is clean and neat at all times and free from safety hazards
• Notifying supervisor of malfunctioning equipment, supplies needed, and/or damaged linens, to ensure that the laundry operation is running at the maximum efficiency level

Job Requirements
• Must possess a valid driving licence for heavy goods vehicle
 • Must ensure cleanliness of the vehicle 
• Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy
• Must be able to lift, push, and pull a moderate weight frequently 
• Ready to work odd hours
