Duties and responsibilities

• Ensure that property valuation is done as per investment property strategy.
• Liaise with external Valuation Surveyor for independent Valuation Reports.
• Follow up maintenance of GIS and Land Register with Land Surveying Team.
• Identify and follow up on marginal land and initiate relevant searches with Land Surveying Team.
• Provide opinions of value for internal purposes.
• Assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of the operating policies to support overall company objectives.
• Monitor and coordinate project work progress; ensure that the project progress is in conformance with the budget, schedule and development guidelines.
• Prepare and update financial feasibilities with the support of the Development Assistant.
• Participate in the preparation of project budgets, reporting of financial performance, and risk assessment analysis.
• Follow up and report on financial status and variances in a timely and accurate manner.
• Communicate, consult and liaise with various project stakeholders, while ensuring the proper communication flow.
• Ensure proper communication with internal departments on relevant projects.
• Liaise with local authorities and consultants including organising and attending meetings as and when required.
• Participate with team in finding new and innovative development ideas.
• Conduct feasibility studies and generate appropriate report for project management team, with the support of the Development Assistant.
• Execute any other cognate duties as may be necessary in the circumstances and/or required by the employer.


Candidates Profile
• Holder of a master degree or equivalent post graduate qualification.
• At least 5 years working experience.
• Able to work with people at all levels.
• Ability to prioritize work assignments and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent computer skills, with emphasis on MS Project, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
• Demonstrate highly developed project management skills.
• Be dynamic, motivated and result oriented.
