Leal Communications and Informatics Ltd is actually looking for a Junior IT Sales Representative (YEP)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible to attend to customer's requests for hardware / software / IT solutions within the shortest delay.
- Responsible to assist customers in identifying and analyzing their needs and efficiently assist customers to identify suitable products that will be used to derive a solution to meet their requirements.
- Responsible to work out appropriate solution that will fit customer's needs and negotiate with suppliers to get best possible prices for requested products before submitting quotes to customers.
- Responsible to ensure that quotes and tenders are prepared and submitted to customer within the predefined deadline.
- Responsible to maintain a close follow-up with customers for all quotes submitted and to seek for their evaluation of the quoted solution.
- Responsible to provide timely assistance to customers in case quotes must be modified and ensure that all prices reviewed are competitive enough to meet customers's budget.
- To assist the Admin Executive to do carry out administrative tasks.
- Responsible to close up deals and to ensure that purchase orders and /or leasing documents are obtained before processing the sales on the system.
- Responsible for timely communication with all department to ensure that products are being configured, installed and delivered as per agreed deadline.
- Responsible to supervise the overall project and ensure that customers are satisfied with the way the project is being driven.
- Responsible to maintain proper follow- up after completion of project and once goods are delivered to customers, to ensure that payments are being settled as per terms and conditions of sales.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma or Degree in IT related field
- Any networking or Microsoft Certification
