Investors Relations Manager

Duties and responsibilities

• Be part of the Group Communication team for the development, planning and delivery of the Medine Group communication strategies as defined by the Department manager, these communications supporting the corporate needs and any relevant cluster or Business unit of the Medine and Eudcos groups.
• Responsible for effectively communicating the key messages to prospective as well as existing investors.
• Accountable for creating and presenting a consistently applied investment message to the investment community on behalf of Medine and Eudcos groups and their subsidiaries.
• Serve as the key point of contact for the investment community. Evaluate, improve and maintain positive relationships with shareholders and investors.
• Create presentations, press releases, investors packs and other communication materials for analysts, brokers and investors and ensure they best achieve their objectives.
• Manage the investor relations portion of the company website as well as on the social media.
• Oversee the production of all annual reports, as well as publication of Companies results.
• Monitor and present to management the opinions of the investment community regarding the company’s performance.
• Perform competitive analysis, including financial metrics and differentiation.
• Execute any other cognate duties as may be necessary in the circumstances and/or required by the employer.

Candidates Profile
• Holder of a degree in Finance, Accounting, Communications, Economics or any related fields.
• At least 5 years’ experience in investor relations, communication, public relations, financial investment, accounting and other related fields.
• Excellent verbal skills to talk with investors and maintain the company’s image.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Excellent relationship-building skills in investment community.
