Troubleshoot technical problems reported by engineers, technicians, and support personnel
Main Duties
- Troubleshoot technical problems reported by engineers, technicians, and support personnel
- Diagnose plant issues related to instrument failures
- Complete investigation on all Instrument failures and develop a prevention plan
- Support client-side maintenance technicians with troubleshooting and repairs as needed during emergency / breakdown situations to minimize equipment downtime
Qualifications & Experience
- DUST GEMA – « Diplôme Universitaire Supérieur de Technologie en Génie Electro Mécanique et Automatisme » or any relevant qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of proven working experience in the same field, with good knowledge in Electrical and Control Panel assembly
- Familiar with PLCs, drives, troubleshooting of hardware, instrument calibration, electrical and control panel assembly
Other Requisites
- Good cognitive and logic aptitude
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Be a good team player
- Prepared to work odd hours, on weekends and public holidays when required
- Computer literate and fully conversant with Microsoft Office applications
- Holder of a valid driving license
