Implementation Consultant
Expectations

Role Summary
• Has experience configuring Dayforce; has been involved in end-to-end projects at Ceridian
• Participates in all stages of the implementation lifecycle, and may serve as Lead IC on one or more activities.
• Can generally work independently with customers. May require assistance for delivery on some skill areas
• Understands and can discuss Dayforce and implications of changes to processes, policies, and procedures
• Able to guide Associate ICs on consulting skills and HCM domain concepts
• Volunteers and gets involved in ICO activities; someone who actively contributes to the Collective Wisdom by asking and answering questions in Confluence
• Consistently demonstrates Ceridian Our Way Values
Tenure
• Typically has 1-3 years of HCM implementation or relevant applications consulting experience
Product & Technical Skills
• Has a developing to advanced-level understanding of XML, XSLT and SQL; Can run more advanced queries and execute scripts with some guidance
• Can discuss terminology, concepts, principles, and issues related to Dayforce or relevant payroll software or ERP.
• Has demonstrated the ability to effectively implement Core plus at least one Dayforce module (Payroll, Benefits, Time) end-to-end
• Can troubleshoot/resolve errors independently
• Through project experience, is gaining an understanding of the interdependencies of the Dayforce system/platform
