Our Client provides a broad range of Business & Information Technology (IT) Solutions.
The services cover software development, web design, trade price hardware, network solutions, data backups, disaster recovery, virus removal protection, SPAM filtering and maintenance & support. To cater for its rapidly growing business, it is now recruiting two (2) IT Technicians.
Main Duties:
- Provide technical support to customers with installation, configuration and ongoing usability of system hardware & software
- Respond to customer queries within an established timeframe & procedures
- Deliver installation & maintenance support of multiple server-side operating systems (Windows, Unix, Linux)
- Configure & troubleshoot hardware, software & network issues
- Order hardware (e.g. workstation needs and printers, etc.)
- Research actively new technology and applications pertaining to business activities
Qualifications / Experience:
- Minimum HSC with a professional certification (CompTIA A+, Network +, security +)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position (Fresh Graduates may also apply)
Ideal Profile:
- Strong time-management skills (including an exemplary record of attendance and punctuality)
- Excellent analytical & customer service skills
- Good technical knowledge
- Ability to multi-task & work under minimum supervision
- Strong ability to read, understand & interpret technical documentation
- Strong sense of discretion & confidentiality
- Possess a clean car driving license (manual)
