RESPONSIBILITIES:- Monitoring and maintenance of computer systems and networks within the organisation in a technical support role. If there are any issues or changes required, such as forgotten passwords, viruses or email issues, you will be the first person employees will come to.
RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Working with employees to identify computer problems and advising on the solution
- Logging and keeping records of employee queries
- Analysing logs so you can spot common trends and underlying problems
- Providing self-help documents so employees can try to fix problems themselves
- Working with field engineers to visit employees if the problem is more serious
- Testing and fixing faulty equipment
- Assist in preparing purchase in relation to IT
- Maintain all IT related security systems with the company vicinity
PROFILE REQUIREMENT:-
- IT Graduate
- Minimum 2 years Experience
- Computer technician / Advanced microcomputer knowledge /Intermediate networks
- Knowledgeable with Microsoft Operating systems, Unix and Linux based system
- LAN/WAN Networking knowledge
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Up-to-date technical knowledge
- Knowledge of Linux is a must
