RESPONSIBILITIES:- Monitoring and maintenance of computer systems and networks within the organisation in a technical support role. If there are any issues or changes required, such as forgotten passwords, viruses or email issues, you will be the first person employees will come to.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:-

  • Working with employees to identify computer problems and advising on the solution
  • Logging and keeping records of employee queries
  • Analysing logs so you can spot common trends and underlying problems
  • Providing self-help documents so employees can try to fix problems themselves
  • Working with field engineers to visit employees if the problem is more serious
  • Testing and fixing faulty equipment
  • Assist in preparing purchase in relation to IT
  • Maintain all IT related security systems with the company vicinity

 

PROFILE REQUIREMENT:-

  • IT Graduate
  • Minimum 2 years Experience
  • Computer technician / Advanced microcomputer knowledge /Intermediate networks
  • Knowledgeable with Microsoft Operating systems, Unix and Linux based system
  • LAN/WAN Networking knowledge
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Up-to-date technical knowledge
  • Knowledge of Linux is a must
