We are currently looking for a Human Resources and Office Administrator who will offer administrative support and be actively involved in all initiatives and projects concerning the Human Resources and Administration department.

 

 RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

  • Provide full administrative support to the HR department in the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.Manage front desk including greeting of visitors and managing post and couriers
  • Make travel arrangements (Visas, Airplane tickets, Hotel booking) for directors, visitors and employees of the company
  • Provide administrative support to all directors of the company
  • Co-ordinate internal and external conferences and meetings and take minutes of meeting whenever required
  • Set up and maintain paper/ electronic filing systems for records and correspondence, organise work; answer phone calls; relay messages; maintain equipment and office supplies including stationary
  • Prepare documents to be sent to various ministries, government offices, etc.
  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process by screening applications and arranging interviews by liaising with candidates.
  • Assist with the induction process for new employees and prepare new employee file
  • Manage HR CRM and maintain HR files by updating all necessary records
  • Keep up-to-date with legal developments regarding employment Law issues and ensure that HR administration policies follow external and internal compliance.
  • Deal with employee queries regarding human resources, work related issues, rules, and regulations.Arrange and co-ordinate the necessary trainings for employees and make attempts to acquire government subsidies for recruitment and training
  • Assist in payroll administration and preparation on a monthly basis which includes timely processing of the annual leave, sick leave, maternity leave and unpaid leaves or absences and monitor time & attendance system.
  • Be responsible for carrying out the Health & Safety policy of the company
  • Carry out any further duties assigned by the line manager

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or University/ College Degree in Human Resources Management, any other relevant Management field or any equivalent qualification
  • Fluency in English and French languages
  • I.T. Proficient
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Human Resources in a generalist role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
