Assume the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties. Manage, plan and review of Corporate HR policies and processes relating to recruitment, selection, retention, employee development and performance management. Assist in payroll administration.
Profile :
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources (minimum), other relevant field.
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Human Resources.
Excellent interpersonal relationship building, presentation, analytical and communication skills.
Critical Thinking and Negotiation skills
Solid understanding of local labour law
High level of integrity and confidentiality
