We are looking for an Hr officer who will give administrative support and involve in the day to day of the HR department
The person will report directly to the HR Manager
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Provide administrative support to the HR department in the day to day of the HR department
- Update and maintain time attendance of the employee ( Annual, sick and others leaves)
- Induction process for new comers and prepare employee file
- Participate in the recruitment process and in the selection (phone interview and schedule physical interview)
- Participate in welfare activities of the company
- Maintain employee data base through Sicorax HR system
- Deal with HRDC regarding all training process for refund
- Follow and update KPI indicator
- Be the point of contact of the company and the employee
- Follow all training procedure ( internal and external)
- Keep employee file update and file in a good way
- Pay attention do details
- Able to converse with different level of employee
REQUIREMENT
- Bac+2 or degree in Human Ressources Management
- At least 2 years experience in an HR department
- Knowledge of the Sicorax HR System will be definely be an advantage
- Excellent in English and French
- Be able to do internal communication
- High level of confidentiality and integrity
- Good organisation skill
