KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. To provide clean, hygienic and hazard free area in the resort, in order to achieve optimum standards of guest satisfaction and organizational profitability.
2. Ensure constant adherence to organizational standards of hygiene, cleanliness and maintenance of equipment, fittings and fixtures of the areas under his/her control.
3. Clean rooms as per Company standards ensuring defect free rooms.
4. Equipping all rooms with linen and amenities.
5. Should be helpful and courteous to guests at all times.
6. Should hand over important messages and guest requests to supervisors.
7. Report any missing or broken property to the supervisor.
8. Ensure high standards of cleanliness.
9. Reports all lost and found items.
10. Maintain high level of personal hygiene.
11. Ensure that the trolley is kept clean, tidy and well equipped in the proper position.
12. Aware of the guest complaint handling procedure.
13. Report maintenance problems to the supervisor.

EXPERIENCE

At least 2 years of experience in a similar position in a 4-5 star Resort

CANDIDATE PROFILE
School Certificate/HSC
NC3 in Housekeeping from Hotel School would be an advantage
Fluent in English and French. Any third language would be a definite advantage.

Multitask

Able to join as soon as possible.

Valid certificate of character is a must.
