Helpers

DESCRIPTION Created in 1989 and a member of CIEL Textile, CDL is a fully integrated knitting, dyeing and finishing mill located in Forest Side. With a workforce over 400, CDL produces fabric for the fine knits garment-making industry.

CDL is currently looking for Helpers for a period of 3 weeks to perform warehouse operations.

The  Helpers shall be reporting to the Warehouse in Charge.

 What you will be doing:

• Help production workers by performing duties that require less skill such as sorting and cleaning work areas
• Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping racks, pallet area, and work stations neat; Sweep, dust and mop
• Perform in a team based structure within production cells/group
• Assist in inventory and stock control
• Other applicable tasks as assigned by the Supervisor
• Adhere to the company’s vision, mission and values

What are we looking for?

• Minimum Form 3
• Ability to work independently and in team
• Good communication skills and motivated
• Good physical condition as work requires heavy lifting  of fabric (18Kg) and standing for long hours
• Meet work deadlines
