To provide administrative support to the Group Health and Safety Manager of Indigo Hotels
Main Duties
- Regular update of Fire Fighter and First Aiders List with Photo’s on notice boards.
- Verification of certificates.
- Distribution of PPE and recording finding with OJT
- Verification and replenishing of first aid items and records kept accordingly
- Verification of Emergency stairs
- Booking of Training Rooms for S&H Trainings
- Any other cognate duties
