Main Responsiblities: - Lead & Supervise closely the Team - Motivate the Team to deliver quality end product
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Supervise the Cold Kitchen Team
-Ensure preparation of Food for Flights met the deadline.
-Ensure food production are according to standards.
-Ensure & Assist in preparation and portioning as and when required.
-Ensure the Hygiene and cleanliness of areas and coolers at all times.
-Maintain all the equipments in working condition.
-Ensure to co-ordinate with all the productions center for on completion of flight production.
EXPERIENCE
-Minimum requirements
-School Certificate
-Previous Experience in the Hotel & Restaurant environment.
-Diploma or degree in Food Production
