Responsible for the good allocation of guest tables and set up of the restaurant as well as the smooth restaurant service.

 

Check that cutleries and plates and glasses are clean and that set up are as per hotel standard of service.
• Secure handling of the micro cash system. Assist the cashier for closure of bills and provide the appropriate information to him.
• Ensure the safe handling of all the technical equipment to be used in the restaurant
• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the restaurant all the time.
• Active promotion of in house sales by optimal knowledge of all services provided by the hotel and F&B outlets.
• Monitor the maintaining of sanitation and hygiene, especially in relation to the food and beverage service
• Ensure good presentation of the food & beverage service and liaise with the chef for any non-conformity
• Advise clients of wines that may accompany their meal
