JOB DESCRIPTION
-To plan, implement, organise and co-ordinate the smooth and efficient operation of the housekeeping service on a daily basis.
- To ensure that any orders or decisions taken by the Executive Housekeeper is strictly followed up and adhered to.
- To supervise on a daily basis all public area /care taking staff to improve and maintain a consistent standard issuing works schedules and procedures as necessary.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- HSC or equivalent.
- Any relevant certificate (NTC)/Diploma from the Hotel School or any other recognised institution.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in hotel or institutional catering business, previous experience in similar position would be an advantage.
