The Human Resources Officer works collaboratively with HR Officer, Assistant HR Manager, the Safety & Health Officer and reports to the HR Executive/Manager on a day to day basis to ensure the smooth operation of human resources administration.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Involve in daily HR administrative work and activities.
- Maintain proper records of staff.
- Ensuring proper job descriptions are in place.
- Follow up on all training activities of the company, liaising with training institutions and HRDC
- Thorough follow up of training activities.
- Maintain HR statistics up to date on a daily basis.
- Ability to handle grievances and suggestions from workers.
- Attention to details
- Ability to communicate clearly
- Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries
- Assist the HR Executive/Manager in the daily administrative duties of the HR Department.
EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Sound knowledge in Employment law/Workers right Act and related topics
- Knowledge of HR practices & Processes.
- Minimum two years experience in HR Functions
- Experience in processing of Payroll
- Good HSC Results or Diploma in Human Resource Management or related fields from a recognised institution.
