Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR Department which includes Recruitment & Selection, Employee Engagement, Reward Management, Learning & Development, and Employee Relations.


Main Responsibilities

  •  Working in close collaboration with the Safety & Health Officer;
  • Providing extensive administrative support
  • Organising of welfare activities for employees
  • Maintaining confidentially of sensitive matters
  • Maintaining employee files and the HR filing system;
  • Assisting in any ad-hoc projects assigned from time to time
  • Follow up on VRS, retirement, recruitment procedures
  • To ensure that all payments and deductions comply with the prevailing regulations governing employment of workers



  • Holder of a degree in Human Resources or any other relevant field.
  • Experience in a similar work position would be an advantage
  • Good knowledge of Labour legislation
  • Knowledge of Sicorax Payroll software is an advantage 
  • Fluency in both written & spoken English/French languages
  • Strong communication and interactive skills with an outgoing personality
  • Must be a good team player and be able to work under pressure
  • Holder of a valid driving license
  • Any equivalent combination of education and experience
