HR and Administration Executive

The HR and Administration Executive will assist the Deputy CEO in all aspects of HR, corporate administration and marketing for the subsidiaries and sister companies of the SAFYR UTILIS group (the “Group”).

 

  • HR: recruitment, drafting of correspondence to employees, follow up of internal training plans, updating of employee files, follow up of the activities of the Welfare Committee, MQA registration and HRDC refund of staff training courses;
  • Company secretarial and corporate administration tasks: drafting of board and shareholders resolutions, preparation of board meetings, filing of statutory documents with the regulatory authorities, incorporation of companies and opening of bank accounts, follow up of group insurance policies, renewal of certificates and licenses, follow up of agreements with suppliers and service providers, preparation of meetings of the Executive Committee and Operations Committee of the Company;
  • Marketing: preparation and/or formatting of powerpoint presentations and word documents for the Group, including but not limited to newsletters, fact sheets and technical notes, procedures and policies, updating of company website, translation of marketing documents in English or French; and
  • SAFYR UTILIS FOUNDATION: assist the DCEO in the follow up of the different programmes of the Foundation.
