Rennel Limited is looking for a talented and efficient HR Officer to assist the General Manager in the daily operations of the human resource functions and duties.

Rennel Limited is looking for a talented and efficient HR Officer to assist the General Manager in the daily operations of the human resource functions and duties.

You should be passionate and be able to create an environment that will attract, develop, retain and engage the talented people of the company with a view of achieving goals and objectives.

 

The HR Officer will have as main responsiblites to:

  • Support the recruitment/selection process by developing job profiles, preparing job advertisements, shortlisting candidates, provide feedback and recommendations and ensure new recruits attend induction program.

  • Perform new employee orientation/induction sessions, onboarding and update records with new hires.

  • Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, etc.) and ensure all employment requirements are met as per the company policies.

  • Ability to boost employees’ morale and motivation , implement disciplinary procedures and provide advise and guidance on employment labour laws.

  • Able to construct training programs and  update training records of employees as well as liase with HRDC for refund.

  • Ensure all employees abide to Health and Safety regulations.

  • Organise employees’ leisure and welfare activities (staff party, team building etc.).

  • Provide information to employees on pension and medical scheme they are entitled to.

Successful applicants must have:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or any related field.

  • A minimum of 2 years work experience in Human Resource.

  • Proficient in use of PC including Windows, Microsoft Office, and Excel.

  • Excellent interpersonal, administration and communication skills.

  • Ability to keep information confidential and work under pressure.

  • Build effective working relationships.

  • Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
