- To process payroll using Sicorax.
- To manage IR matters.
- To promote employee engagement.
- To prepare monthly reports and ensure statutory returns are done within the set deadlines.
- To ensure legal compliance with applicable laws.
- Perform any other administrative duties as may be assigned by the management.
- Having 5 years of working experience as HRO in manufacturing sector.
