Aquarelle Clothing Ltd is looking for highly dynamic and creative candidate for the position of HR Lead for our factory in Grand Bois
HR Lead- Factory
Reporting to the Factory Manager, the candidate will play a key role in assisting in the smooth running of HR Operations for the factory including dormitory management
What you will be doing:
- Assist FM in daily HR administration
- Follow up on expatriate cycle from A-Z
- Assist in dormitories monitoring
- Assist HODs on all grievances
- Fulfil recruitment needs as per SOP
- Manage and prepare yearly HR budget
- Assist performance appraisals according to SOP
- Manage all aspects of employee life cycle
- Organise and set up all welfare activities & CSR as per calendar
- Hands on in regards to all statutory requirements and compliance
- Effective use of IT tools
- People management
- Chair and assist in specific HR routines
- Assist in training and development
What are we looking for:
Degree holder in Human Resource Manaagement of Equivalent
1 to 3 years of experience in the HR Field
Residents from the southern region will be a comparative advantage.
