The HR Executive will be responsible for recruiting, supporting and developing employees. He/she will be contributing to making the company a better place to work.
Maintain and enhance the organisation’s human resources by planning, implementing, and updating human resource policies, programs and practices;
Ensure that the company is complying with statutory obligations in respect to HR matters;
Manage the Recruitment and Selection process
Develop, implement and manage a Performance Appraisal system;
Prepare and manage a training plan for staff, process documents for HRDC refund;
Handle grievances and disciplinary issues;
Assist with the administration of benefits, compensation, leave refund as required;
Administer the payroll and human resource management system;
Prepare and manage budget for HR;
Manage and organise welfare/team building activities
Profile
BSc in Human Resource Management or equivalent
At least 3 years’ experience in HR field
In-depth knowledge of employment/labour laws and practices
Strong analytical skills, critical thinking and problem solving techniques
